Pearson MyLab demonstrates several strengths. The tool exhibits very accessible functionality and supplier accessibility maturity. MyLab receives its highest marks from reviewers for its efficacy, which notably displays significant evidence across all aspects of its evaluation criteria. One evaluation category with room for improvement is equity – particularly regarding centering low-income and Black, Latino/Latina, Indigenous (BLI) students in research design, product development, and learning outcomes. The product’s functionality excels in evidence-based teaching practices, usability, and adaptivity. Functionality reviews signal limited evidence of community building, communication, and collaboration tools. Pearson MyLab also offers moderate evidence of all system capabilities criteria. Overall, Pearson MyLab indicates consistent significant evidence in relation to efficacy, with moderate evidence in all other review categories.
